It's okay to feel sad, it's ok
It's okay to feel sad, it's okay to embrace those emotions and those feelings because they are a part of who you are and if you just embrace them, you allow them to be expressed through you, then that is the healthiest thing that you could do for yourself because instead of suppressing them, you're expressing them and that is the highest form of self love is expressing yourself, being authentic with who you are, and part of being authentic with who you are is really putting yourself first and really feeling the way that you are feeling, really allowing yourself to feel that way, not being changed or manipulated by anything or anyone else outside of you because how you feel internally is how you feel. So embrace those feelings and just feel.
